Cleansing Diet

Cleansing diet is absolutely necessary for everyone. It helps to maintain a good shape, normalizes the digestive tract, and (if necessary) helps to get rid of excess weight.

Seven-day cleansing diet

The first three days you need to eat salad, made from red and white cabbage, beets (boiled), carrots (raw), onions and lemon juice. You can season it with olive oil. For a day you need to eat a half kilogram of this salad. This will help saturate the body, provide enough fiber.

The next three days are just protein food. For breakfast it is recommended to eat an apple and two eggs, for the second breakfast - two hundred grams of fish (steam room), for dinner - a cup of boiled rice with a spoon of olive oil. The snack should consist of a glass of milk, dinner - from two hundred grams of fat-free cottage cheese.

The last day of the diet should be limited to a half-liter menu of fat-free yogurt. At the same time every day you need to drink at least 2 liters of water (or herbal tea).

French Cleansing Diet

This diet is also wellness, because it is rich in vitamins, biologically active substances and trace elements. It should be used for at least 2 days.

On an empty stomach in the morning it is recommended to eat a spoonful of flower pollen, washing it with water. Pollen is not suitable for allergy sufferers, therefore this element of the diet can be omitted. For breakfast, you should drink a cup of soft tea with a few crackers, eat two teaspoons of honey, a small piece of butter, a glass of yogurt or milk (fat-free). It is allowed to supplement the reception of food with boiled vegetables, two tangerines, an orange or half a grapefruit. You can drink water only before lunch.

At lunch, you need to eat about a hundred grams (can be slightly more) of lean beef, chicken fillet or veal, fifty grams of low-fat cheese, fruit (kiwi, mango, oranges), a piece of bread. For a snack - a cup of tea or a decoction of herbs.

For dinner, you need to prepare a salad of fresh vegetables with vegetable oil and lemon juice, five tablespoons of boiled rice, two boiled potatoes, fifty grams of ham, a hundred grams of fish (can be substituted for soft-boiled eggs). Also for dinner you need to eat a little low-fat cottage cheese (grams of 50) or a glass of yogurt, a teaspoon of honey, two teaspoons of wheat germ, and drink a glass of compote made of pineapple, pears and apples.

After the course of cleansing the body should take active supplements to food: flower pollen, honey, sprouted wheat. It is recommended to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, paying special attention to cabbage, watercress, carrots, kiwi, citrus, mango.

Two-day cleansing diet

The first day: a fruit menu. For breakfast - fruit salad (grapefruit, mandarin, orange, pieces of pineapple, apple, grapes). You can drink herbal tea or mineral water (you can replace the usual, but filtered). For the second breakfast you need to eat fruit, drink mineral water.

Dinner is also based on fruits, to which you can add melon, kiwi. Continue to drink plenty of fluids. For dinner, you can eat a banana, drink a cup of chamomile.

Second day: vegetable menu. For breakfast - vegetable juice seasoned with salt and pepper. Bake four tomatoes, seasoning them and seasoning them to taste. In addition to juice, you can also drink herbal tea. For the second breakfast, prepare a serving of vegetable salad, flavored with lemon juice, pepper and salt. You can drink only mineral water and herbal decoctions.

For dinner cook until half cooked broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower, spinach, season with salt and pepper. You can sprinkle the vegetable mixture with a pinch of parmesan. Drink vegetable juices and mineral water. During the day you need to eat a vitamin C pill.

Such a diet for cleansing the body is designed for no more than two days, because otherwise the body will not receive all the necessary substances. Be healthy!
