Classic dance, beautiful and refined

Classical dance is, perhaps, the most popular kind from all variety of dancing styles and directions. In addition, it is he who underlies any training and almost all the dances that are performed today.

Classical dance is based on a very fine and thorough study of all movements, positions of all parts of the body - both legs and head, and body with hands. For a very long time this direction is the most popular and popular not only in the ballet world. The fact is that classical dance has long turned into a fundamental form of plastics in choreography, without it it is impossible to learn any of any other directions of dance.

Very often people come to learn choreography simply for themselves, and not for building a dance career and distant plans. In classical dance lessons, all the most important subtleties of ballet mastery are taught, which serves as an example of true harmony, a combination of beautiful classical music and refined movements.

Classical dance requires, first of all, the presence of a large dance step, reversal of legs, plastic and free possession of legs and hands and clear coordination of movements. Importance is also acquired by endurance and strength. It is the turnability of the legs that serves as the most important principle and basis of all movements, all kinds of positions and poses are based on it, both open and closed, and crossed. Equally important are the movements inside and out.

And in the basis of the principles of such dance is the selection of movements, their systematization and special division into groups of main elements. In the choreography separate groups of movements are studied, united by some common characteristics characteristic of each of the groups. This applies to both squats, and the position of the body, the movements of rotation and all the others.

It is with classical choreography that any dance begins, be it belly dancing or Indian classical dance. That is why classical dance for children is so popular: after all this is a whole system of movements and means, historically developed, harmonious and stable, which is based on a poetic interpretation of the image created on stage, as well as a combination with the chosen music, both classical and folk. By the way, it is in childhood that it is possible to comprehend all the basics of classical dance. Adult ligaments and muscles are no longer able to achieve all the required for classical choreography turning, flexibility and plasticity. That is why, for example, the ballet begins to be taught very early.

Classical modern dance is divided into Eastern and European. Oriental dances are dance schools and schools in China, Korea, Japan, India, Vietnam, Thailand. I must say that gradually they are becoming more popular because of their exotic and beautiful.

European dance as a system with its own terminology developed in France, where the main groups of movements, positions of legs, hands, feet, head and hull, virtuosic, graceful and refined were built. Particularly distinguished is the school of classical dance, distinguished by nobility and sharpness, purity of movements and forms, as well as expressiveness and drama.
