The benefits of beans have been known for a long time, but few people know that it is not recommended to abuse ordinary beans. Food cooked from beans is considered heavy, and it is unlikely that you will want to use it often. Another thing is green beans! It is easily digested and can be included even in the strictest diet. One of the best dietary dishes is chicken with string beans. It contains the carbohydrates needed by the body and a small number of calories, and besides this, such food is the richest source of cellulose. It's easy to cook. Today we will consider such a combination as chicken with green beans. This dish, perhaps, can not be attributed to the refined, but it is tender and pleasant to the taste. The dish "chicken with green beans" is a light garnish and a gentle base. For preparation it is required:

  • Chicken (brisket or whole carcase) - 2 kg;
  • The Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs;
  • Tomatoes - 4 pcs;
  • black pepper;
  • Garlic - 4 cloves;
  • Seasonings and spices.

As stated earlier, chicken with green beans does not differ in the complexity of cooking. To begin with, we need to rinse the bird and dry it with paper towels or napkins. Then cut the meat into small portions.

We spread the vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay out pre-salted chicken meat on it. Fry it until you see on the pieces of ruddy crust. Then shift the chicken into a pan.

We cut Bulgarian pepper (straws), tomatoes and carrots we pass through a grater. Carrots should be fried in a frying pan for three minutes, then add the Bulgarian pepper. Fry the vegetables for another five minutes, then pour into the frying pan the resulting tomato mass. We continue to fry for another two minutes on medium heat and the roast is ready. Then it should be added to the chicken. We pour into the pan a glass of boiled water. Cover it with a lid and stew for half an hour. Pods with cut tails should be boiled in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then the beans need to be moved to all other components. Stew in the dishes with the lid closed for another 10 minutes. And the dish "chicken with string beans" is ready.

Also there is a simpler and quicker cooking dish. All we need is onions, tomatoes and, of course, chicken with string beans. Portion pieces of chicken we put in a frying pan, pour one glass of water and stew. In 10-15 minutes. Add the chopped onion, and after another 10 minutes go to sleep beans. Stew until meat is ready.

Chicken with green beans is much more delicious, if served with sauce. Forget about selling ketchups and do it yourself. We cut the skin of tomatoes crosswise. Only the skin. Then scald them with boiling water. Now the peel will be removed in a couple of minutes. Purified vegetables are passed through a meat grinder. Then put the resulting mass in a separate pan and simmer until a thick sauce is produced. Solem, pepper, fall asleep spices and get the original dressing for the usual dish.
