How to get to the airport

The airport is not so close. Cherepovets is located in some distance, you need to spend time on a trip to your destination. This is done for several reasons, among which is the reduction in the noise level occurring during takeoff and landing of aircraft.

But this does not make the airport less convenient (Cherepovets). Getting to the airport is quite a popular question, so it needs to be discussed separately.

The easiest and most popular way is to use your personal car. To get to the destination, it is necessary to leave Cherepovets on the A114 highway, then turn to the right, guided by the signs "Botovo" or "Airport". By signs, you need to move to the village, drive it and drive up to your destination. The total duration of the trip will be approximately 20 minutes.

You can also carry out a trip on public transport, but this method is not entirely convenient, since there are not always available places.

It is necessary to go to ticket offices at the bus station of the city, purchase a ticket for the Cherepovets-Vologda bus, which arrives at the airport. Separately it is worth noting that this bus travels every three hours, so the exact time can be clarified in the help desk. Also, such a ticket can be purchased immediately from the bus driver. The cost will be one hundred rubles. The total travel time is about forty minutes.

You can get from the airport to the city in the same ways. For all passengers who come by their own cars, there are places on the paid guarded parking lot.
