Ceramics is inherently clay, and if exposed to high temperatures, it will not last long. That's why the base of the frying pan is aluminum or cast iron, and the very top layer (both outside and inside) on which the food is prepared is ceramic. Its thickness can be varied. Usually the cheaper the model, the thinner this layer is, which means that the product will be subject to wear more quickly.

What is so good about ceramic frying pans? As already mentioned above, they are safe to use, since their coating is completely natural material. In addition, they cook food with pleasure: it does not burn, it lags well, you can even create culinary masterpieces without using vegetable oil. Ceramic coating is good and the fact that the heat is distributed evenly, which means that the dishes will be prepared more quickly, and the products themselves will have to be turned less often. These pans are not afraid of high temperatures, easy to clean, and the top layer is resistant to scratches. But still it is recommended not to use metal blades, since there is a risk of damage.

Ceramic frying pans are on sale today in large quantities. The abundance of models that can differ even in their coloring, allows each hostess to pick up something worthwhile for herself. By the way, the prices for products are also quite diverse. And the more expensive the model, the more quality it will be, so it will last longer. Cheap frying pans with ceramic coating (reviews indicate this) very quickly "wear out", in some cases this happens after a week of operation. So, if you are going to buy such assistant in the near future, choose a worthy model, let it be a little more expensive, but definitely a proven manufacturer.

And the last thing: ceramic frying pans, despite their practicality and resistance to various influences, require careful attitude to themselves. So, wash them should only after full cooling and only hands using detergent. Do not lay frozen food on the work surface, they must be at room temperature.
