For breakfast - one slice of bread (wholemeal), boiled meat, if desired - brine sauerkraut. For lunch - pancakes from sour cabbage (mix 2 tablespoons of cabbage with one grated potato and one egg, bake). For dinner - soup of sour cabbage with two potatoes and greens.
