Business communication is a kind of social communication, which is a complex and multifaceted process of development in the service sphere of contacts between people.

4) expressive - is aimed at influencing the mood of the partner for the purpose of changing it, a kind of provocation of feelings that need to be called in order to be able to better achieve the goal.

Service business communication is a combination of both business and interpersonal interactions. At the same time, participants in such communication are guided by conflicting interests. In the course of such communication, certain clashes arise, and often open conflicts. In order to avoid such moments, it is necessary to know the various forms of communication and technologies of influence on people. This is especially important for managers, specialists, managers, since it gives the market relations the character of civilized relations, allowing to achieve the expected results from negotiations and other kinds of business communications.

 

Business communication in the organization is manifested not only in internal connections, but also in external ones. Formally, it acts as a system of subordination, set by the company's management, based on general economic needs. Communication in this sense is given such mandatory characteristics as severity and differentiation of workers. For small groups of workers of the same level, a more personal interpersonal interaction is permissible, that is, the relations between them can be comradely or friendly. Although it is possible and in these small groups the emergence of tension and conflict. To detect these deviations in the communication of company employees, special methods are used.

The main forms of business communication are business conversation, presentation, meeting and negotiations.

Business conversation is necessary to influence the interlocutor to change the business situation in order to create new business relations.

The presentation is a public presentation of a recently appeared product. Such communication pursues the goal of creating the necessary opinion on the form, etc.

Business meeting is a kind of managerial activity of the management, allowing to organize an exchange of information and opinions between employees.

Negotiations accompany almost any activity. Their goal is to reach an agreement on participation in a certain activity of business parties with mutual benefit.
