Culture professional: the concept, the main features

Initially, it should be mentioned that the concept of culture itself is historically and socially. Originally the word "culture" had Latin roots and designated the cultivation of land, later this word was associated with upbringing, development and reverence. At its core, the culture assumes the existence of certain knowledge, skills and skills of certain groups of society, and is constantly changing over time. The basis for such a concept as a professional culture is the individual characteristics of a person associated with different types of labor. The level of possession is determined by the availability of various kinds of qualifications. There are only two main directions: real and formal. The development of a professional culture of man develops in him a personal system of values throughout his evolution. Consideration of the structure of professional culture is possible only in general terms. More detailed study should be exclusively in the context of a particular profession, as well as its possible specialization.

Lack of qualified specialists

Highly qualified specialists are needed always and everywhere. Unfortunately, our backwardness in many areas is due to the fact that there are really not enough professionals. Today, this deficit is felt more and more sharply and sharply. When it comes to the professionalism of a person, first of all, its culture is professional and the ability to own a variety of technologies.

Competence is based on technological training and a number of other components. Initially, these are personal qualities such as independence, the ability to make serious decisions, a creative approach to the whole work process, the ability to carry out what has been started to the end, the desire to learn and update their knowledge. Ability to conduct a dialogue, communication skills, cooperation and much more. Along with this, a professional culture, on closer examination, is often combined with parallel cultures.

The importance of social culture for society

Social culture is quite closely related to the previous culture. Like any other, it consists of two generators: the inner (real) and the outer (formal) parts. The real culture is the skills, knowledge and feelings that are the basis of every person's life. Here you can rank: the development of intelligence, education, morality and professional training. Formal culture is the communicative behavior of a person in society and communication with other people. External and formal cultures in some cases can be completely unrelated, and sometimes even contradictory.

Adaptation of social culture

The most important function of culture is adaptive. It provides a person with an adaptation to the natural and social environment. The process of human adaptation is fundamentally different from the adaptive mechanism in the process of biological evolution. He does not adjust to changes in the environment, but adapts it to himself, organizing his own new environment. As the social culture develops, the society organizes more and more reliability and comfort, increases the productivity of labor. Culture allows personal disclosure of a person to the fullest.

Social culture is not inherited by humans biologically, but at the genetic level, it can receive some prerequisites for its development. Only with the acquisition of social experience, knowledge, norms of behavior in society and its social role, the subject becomes a full member of society. The process of personal formation allows each person to take his own position and live as prescribed by traditions and customs.

Multilevel complex of pedagogical culture

A teacher is the first example of a social culture in a student's life. The advantage of arranging the professional culture of the teacher and his work is the intention to educate a complete personality in the student, who has a sense of responsibility, independence, dynamism and activity in decision-making.

The methodology of professional education for centuries contributes to the harmonious development of man, but the specific character of the education of individual qualities is most often dictated by the social status of the country and time. Such a concept, as a professional culture of a teacher, is often used as synonyms, as a pedagogical culture or a teacher's competence. Professional-pedagogical culture consists of three leading components: axiological, technological and subjective-creative.

Axiom of pedagogical values

The axiological component is a complex of pedagogical values that the teacher understands and perceives throughout his professional practice and life. The work of a teacher is always closely interrelated with ongoing research. Proceeding from this, formation of professional culture of the teacher is justified by a set of personal values and the ability to define new ones. In the pedagogical culture, a system of independent values has emerged that determine the degree of mastery and development of the teacher, depending on the understanding of these values.

Technology of pedagogical activity

The technological component is the process of regulating all pedagogical problems. In connection with the development of pedagogy, the theoretical side of the question needs practical research, which makes it possible to study many hypotheses and theories. Unfortunately, theoretical and practical activities differ significantly in such processes as education and upbringing.

The technology of pedagogical activity must necessarily have a systematically organized target character, which is the main basis for the creation of technology itself. The structure of this technology is built on the principle of step-by-step solution of the issues of pedagogical evaluation, organization, planning and adjustment. Pedagogical technology is the implementation of methods and methods of managing the educational process in any educational institution.

Teacher is a creative person

Subjectively, the creative component is the teacher's personal ability to creatively realize the technologies of pedagogical development. At the same time the teacher must rely on theory, stay in constant search for better solutions. The professional-pedagogical culture is additionally based on practical activity, in which the teacher must contribute, enriching it with new methods and techniques. Creative creative activity of the teacher creates a complex combination in such mental spheres as emotional, motivational, cognitive and strong-willed.

Professional activity of a specialist

Currently, people who work well in a certain area for a long time, do not have sufficient level of professionalism. The individual potential of such employees is directed not at development, but at adaptation. Formation of a specialist is a multifaceted process, during which a person passes through certain crisis lines, then moves to a new level or returns to previous professional tasks.

The culture of a person's professional activity is directly related to the development of integrity, morality, humanism and the ability to self-improvement in work. Everyone is obliged to decide on the profession in order to become a true professional. By the definition of "profession" refers to the direction in professional activity, which requires specific training, and is also the basis of material prosperity.
