Bulgaria, Shipka - historical sight of the Balkans

Bulgaria enjoys favorable climatic conditions, picturesque landscapes, unique color, unique culture and traditions. In 1934, also through the donations of the Bulgarians, a monument to Freedom was built. It symbolizes the long-awaited liberation of Bulgaria and is located just at the Shipka Pass.

Outside the city there is another peak important for Bulgarians - Buzludja, where the governor of the Bulgarian partisan detachment Hadzhi Dimitar was killed.
