Braised Pork with Vegetables

To prepare a dish you will need:

  • bow;
  • 350 gr. Pork tenderloin (neck, loin, ham);
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • Dried parsley root;
  • 3 peppers;
  • A few peas of sweet pepper;
  • 2 carrots;
  • Butter, salt.

Preparation.

Pork tenderloin is well washed and dried. Cut the meat into thin slices (across the fibers). Piece of pork, place between layers of film (for food) and beat off from both sides. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of meat on both sides a little. Roast pork roast in a saucepan or a saucepan with thick walls.

Pork baked with vegetables

To make baked pork, you will need:

  • 3 carrots;
  • 500 gr. Pork;
  • celery root;
  • nutmeg;
  • bow;
  • Balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons);
  • 200 gr. Fungi;
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons);
  • Pulp pulp (500gr.);
  • 100 gr. Cheese;
  • Cream (100 g);
  • Salt and seasonings.

Preparation.

Pork cut into long plates, season and season with salt, add balsamic vinegar, nutmeg and wine. Leave the meat for a while to marinate.

Peel the onion and cut it into cubes, and the celery root and three carrots - straw. Vegetables lightly fry in oil. Clean and wash the mushrooms, then cut them into thin plates and fry together with the vegetables.

Pork with vegetables in Chinese

This spicy dish is made from the following products:

  • Starch (tablespoon);

  • ginger;

  • soy sauce;
  • 150 gr. String beans;
  • Oil, sugar and salt.

Preparation.
