Benefits for large families: features of payments, amount and documents

For today, the most urgent problem with regard to large families is the financial situation. This fact was clarified by a sociological survey, the results of which showed that 79 percent of the families surveyed needed material assistance, 13 percent decided to abstain from the answer and only seven percent stated their stable financial condition. What benefits are laid for large families? How to improve the situation for today? What do the relevant state structures do for this?

What kind of family is considered to have many children?

Before considering benefits for large families, it is useful to still determine which families are officially considered to have many children. Thus, in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 431 "On Measures of Social Support for Large Families", the treatment of a large family is not established by federal legislative acts. This issue, as a rule, is decided by the executive authorities in relation to the levels of the subjects of the Russian Federation.

A large family on a large scale in terms of regions can be defined as a family in which there are three or more children up to eighteen years of age. Adopted children, stepdaughters and stepchildren must be taken into account without fail.

Benefits for large families

Parents who keep and bring up three or more children, must know what benefits are given to large families. After all, this is an excellent opportunity to save through reducing costs. In addition, today large families have the opportunity to enjoy other benefits, including the cultural development of under-age members of the family, entertainment and recreation. By the way, in Moscow, apart from the laws at the federal level, additional rules are also set, which argue for even more benefits than for the standard option. The key document, which sets out benefits for large families and lists other payments, is the Law of the City of Moscow No. 60 of 23.11.2005 "On social support for families with children in the city of Moscow." It is necessary to supplement that periodically, certain changes and additions are introduced by the relevant state bodies into this law, therefore it is important to know about the contents of the latest version of the document.

Procedure for Confirming Rights to Benefits

Before the state makes certain transactions in the direction of the recipients of funds and pays benefits to large families, the second requires the official confirmation of the rights to these payments. In order to use the appropriate compensation and benefits, you should get a certificate of a large family. This can be done in Moscow. And the procedure for issuing and receiving such documentation is determined by the resolution of the Government of Moscow dated June 29, 2010 No. 539-PP.

What are the appropriate payments?

What benefits for large families today do not lose their relevance? As noted above, residents of Moscow have few more benefits than people living in other settlements. However, in the material plan, payments are the same. So, help in the amount of 522 rubles per month is given to families who raise three or four children. If there are more children, the state pays 1044 rubles to them. These funds go to pay for living and utility payments. In addition, at the birth of a baby, the state provides for a one-time compensation of 14,500 rubles.

It should be noted that benefits for large families also include compensation for growth in relation to the cost of consumer products, equal to 675 rubles per month. By the way, these funds are provided by the state for each child up to 3 years of age. Moreover, large families are entitled to a compensation payment for the growth of the cost of living in general. Its size is 600 rubles per child per month in relation to families with three or four children. If there are more, the corresponding compensation is increased to 750 rubles. Important is the nuance that only children under the age of sixteen are taken into account, but in the case of their training on daytime form, the age can reach the age of majority.

Other obligatory payments

In addition to the points listed above, the state pays a grant of up to 3 years to large families in the amount of 2,500 rubles per child. For children of other ages, the amount is 1500 rubles, but only if the total income of the family does not exceed the subsistence minimum per person.

In addition, the state pays in favor of large families 230 rubles for the use of telephone communications. 5000 rubles are sent to them annually for expenses directly related to the beginning of the academic year, because every child needs to buy autumn clothes, shoes, school supplies and so on. It is important to note that when a family of five or more minor children live in the country, a monthly compensation is supposed to be paid by the state for the purchase of children's goods in the amount of 900 rubles. By the way, this applies to families with at least ten children, provided that at least one of them is a minor.

What else?

In addition to those payments that are listed in the previous chapters, the state sends a children's allowance to families with many children, in which ten or more children are raised. So, for each child who has not reached the age of sixteen children, another 750 rubles a month are needed. It is important to note that in the case of training a child on daytime form, the age increases to 23 years. In addition, benefits for large families include the provision of free travel on public transport to all children and one parent. By the way, soon the relevant state structures plan to organize free travel for both parents. That's great, is not it?

What families in Russia belong to the poor?

On the territory of the Russian Federation, the family is considered to be poor, the total profit of which is divided into all its members, is equal to the amount less than the subsistence level. This is why practically all families whose income is low enough can rely on the benefit for the poor. Thus, from the state budget, funds are periodically sent to the following categories of citizens:

  • Incomplete families with one parent.
  • Large families, in which three or more children are being raised.
  • Full families whose income level is extremely low.
  • To the families of servicemen.

What kind of payments are due to the poor?

Periodically, the state pays an allowance to low-income families with many children to buy dairy products for children in the amount of 775 rubles a month. In addition, the state cares about the full nutrition of pregnant women from low-income families, as well as nursing mothers and children up to the age of three. So, every month from the state fund, 454 rubles are sent to women who are registered in medical institutions due to pregnancy. Nursing mothers are provided with a payment of 508 rubles, and children under one year receive 231 rubles. Children from one year to two years are sent 184 rubles, and from two to three years - 238.
