Baked beef with herbs. Delicious and fragrant dish

Baked beef with herbs is a delicious dish that has absorbed the aroma of dry herbs. For its preparation we take about a kilogram of beef fillet. It is advisable, if it is one good piece. We combine mayonnaise (4 tablespoons), honey (two tablespoons), a little salt and pepper, as well as various dry herbs. You can take basil and oregano or any other herbs of choice. Mix all the ingredients and spread this mixture of beef fillets. Then we send the meat to a cool place for 5-6 hours, so that it is marinated.

After this time, we take out the beef and put it in a bag designed for baking. Then add the mixture and juice in which it was marinated. We take a baking tray and place a bag of meat on it. We send it to the oven for one hour at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

When the meat is ready, we take it out of the oven and cut it into batch pieces. You can pour the resulting juice. We serve it with fresh vegetables.
You can use foil to bake meat. It perfectly produces baked beef slices and whole. We take a piece of beef without bones. We prepare it for baking. We clean garlic and carrots. We take a good piece of beef tenderloin and prepare it. Next, we stuff the meat with garlic, making incisions. Mix the salt, dry mustard and a mixture of Provencal herbs. Add a little olive oil to them and mix. We spread a piece of meat with this marinade and leave it for a few hours. After that, bake the meat in a special sleeve or just in the brazier. In the sleeve, you need to add a pickle and pierce it from above in several places. If you cook in a brazier, then from time to time water the meat with juice. When the baked beef is ready, we take it out and cut it into portions. Such meat can be served with rice and fresh vegetables.
