Atomic diet is an easy way to harmony

Not so long ago, the most popular methods for weight loss were express diets, which allowed you to lose up to five kilograms a week, but the conditions of fast diets were pretty tough. Most often these diets are accompanied by constant hunger and weakness, which in turn leads to breakdowns. In addition, as medical research has shown, fast diet for weight loss does not just not bring stable results, but also negatively affected the health of a person who decided to lose weight. In this regard, the palm of the primacy of express diets was given to diets longer, which are built on certain rules of nutrition. An example of such a method is the atomic diet, which is based on the principle of alternation.

If we talk about the main conditions that should be adhered to during this diet, it is impossible not to notice the limited time for eating. Night meals are completely excluded, and the last meal during the day should take place no later than three hours before night sleep. At the same time, the nuclear diet, which is relatively positive, is not a starvation, since the most important thing in its observance is to adhere to a balanced diet. True, this does not mean that the allowed products should be consumed in unlimited quantities, since this will lead to an unquestionably higher caloric value. In addition, the atomic diet imposes the strictest ban on the use of products such as bakery products, potatoes and sugar in any form.

If we talk about the very principle of the diet, it is in the alternation of days of protein and vegetable. On the vegetable day of this food system, the following products are allowed:

  • Various vegetable ragout and lecho, taking into account the absence of forbidden potatoes in these dishes;
  • Salads and saute;
  • Caviar squash and eggplant;
  • the vinaigrette;
  • Dishes from beans;
  • Any vegetable soups cooked not on meat broth;
  • Any fruit dishes, from fruit salads to fruit juices.

On a protein day, which always follows after a vegetable day, the atomic diet allows you to consume the following foods:

  • Any meat and fish dishes;
  • dairy;
  • cheese;
  • Dishes that are based on eggs;

As for the name, it is believed that the atomic diet has received it due to its "atomic" effect on fat cells, the number of which will gradually decrease.

You can stick to the atomic diet for a long time, until the arrow of the scales shows the desired figure. The sizes of the portions are not limited, but do not forget about the temporary restrictions, consisting in the last meal not later than three hours before bedtime.

It is worth noting that the atomic diet, the results of which are very impressive, can be safely called the principle of nutrition, which can be adhered to throughout life. As practice shows, over half a year of "nuclear power" you can lose more than thirty kilograms, depending on the initial weight.
