The international name of this drug is "Tramadolum" ("Tramadol"). It is possible that it is under this name that the medicine is known to readers. Intervals between receptions should be six hours or more and set individually. For elderly patients, this interval may in some cases be increased. The maximum daily dose of the drug "Tramal" is 400 mg. Treatment aimed at reducing or eliminating oncological or post-operative pain may require increased doses of the drug.

Children older than one year may be prescribed a drug "Tramadol" in droplets or solution. In doing so, it is taken internally. For such small patients, the daily dose is calculated from 4 to 8 mg per kilogram of body weight.

Symptoms of an overdose of the drug "Tramal" can be convulsions, shortness of breath, fainting, tachycardia. Given the fact that the drug is an opioid, morphine antagonists (Naloxone) can be used as a treatment.

The medicine "Tramal" is a potent drug. It must be stored in a place inaccessible to children.
