The average dosage within a day is two to three doses of 10 mg / kg body weight.

Children from three years to seven are recommended to use one or two suppositories for 100 mg twice a day.

After the introduction of the drug, the child should be in the prone position for twenty to thirty minutes. The duration of the course of treatment should not exceed three days. The subsequent application of suppositories is carried out according to the doctor's recommendations.

Adverse reactions can manifest themselves in the form of urticaria, bronchospastic syndrome, angioedema, anaphylactic shock. In addition, there may be abnormalities in the work of the kidneys, staining the urine with red. As negative reactions are also manifested thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, lowering blood pressure.

In case of an overdose, symptoms are manifested in the form of nausea, stomach pain, paralysis of the respiratory muscles, hemorrhagic syndrome, dyspnea, tachycardia, delirium, drowsiness, tinnitus, impaired consciousness. As a treatment for a similar condition, salt salines are used, in the case of a seizure syndrome, intravenous administration of high-speed barbiturates and diazepam is used.

When interacting with chlorpromazine and other derivatives of phenothiazine, the development of pronounced hyperthermia is likely. When combined (combined) with cyclosporine, the concentration of the latter in the blood decreases.

The simultaneous use of suppositories with tricyclic antidepressants, non-narcotic analgesics, allopurinol and hormonal contraceptives may cause an increase in the toxicity of the active ingredient (metamizole sodium).

Baby candles with analgin should be used only under the supervision of a doctor. With prolonged use of suppositories, it is necessary to monitor the blood picture. It is possible to reduce the white blood cell count.

Medication is dispensed without a prescription. After the expiration date (after two years), the medicine should not be used.
