In tomatoes, especially mature, contains a fairly large amount of carotene. But it must be emphasized that if the fetus overrides, the amount of carotene decreases dramatically. Experts say that in order to satisfy the daily requirement of a person in vitamins, it is enough to eat one hundred and fifty-two hundred grams of tomatoes a day, especially tomato "chio-chio-san".

If you decide to grow tomatoes of this variety, then you should know that they are thermophilic crops. They can be propagated by seedlings, and less often by sowing in open ground.
