The treatment course lasts for ten to fifteen days. After that, the injections are made every two days. The whole treatment course consists of thirty-thirty-five injections.

Even with all the rules for administering the drug, side effects are likely. They can appear in the form of diarrhea, allergic reactions, increased blood pressure, hyperthermia. In addition, before taking the drug, you should consult a doctor and carefully study the instructions, since there are contraindications to the use of the drug. So, injections are not recommended for such diseases as cystitis, cholelithiasis, hemorrhoids, hemoptysis, acute inflammations in the gastrointestinal tract, metrorrhagitis, arterial hypertension. In addition, the drug is not prescribed for persons who are hypersensitive to it, as well as for pregnant women.

Aloe is often prescribed in the treatment of various common diseases. These include the reduction of smell and hearing, radiation sickness, scleroderma, infertility (female and male), trophic ulcers, trachoma, scar changes in tissues. Among the ailments under which this drug is used and progressive myopia, peptic ulcer and stomach ulcer, inflammatory processes in the eye vessels, appetite disorder, atrophic processes in the optic nerve and other pathologies.

In addition, the agent is often used to restore immunity after the therapy. There is also the view that aloe vera resorption of cysts. Often the drug is prescribed for inflammatory processes in the appendages. In some cases, it is included in the treatment course for the elimination of chlamydia.
