The first way

Ingredients :

  • Pine cones - 1 kg.
  • Sugar - 1 kg.
  • Water - 10 glasses (200 ml).

Cones should be thoroughly washed and soaked for a day in cold water. Mix sugar with water and cook syrup. The second way

Young pine cones (1 can of 0.5 liters) about the size of walnut hazelnut are poured with cold water and boiled for 15-20 minutes so that they become soft and not boil at the same time. Remove the cones with noise and transfer to a pre-prepared syrup (2 tablespoons water, 1 kg sugar) and about 20-25 minutes still boil.

The third way

Young pine cones must be washed, torn off roots, cut into quarters or in half, depending on the size, after which everything is covered with sugar in a ratio of 1: 1. Then within a day it is insisted, cones start up juice, and then they are cooked somewhere 30-40 minutes, after that they are rolled in cans.

We present one more recipe for pine honey. Have to take:

  • Young cones - for 1 liter of water 75-80 pcs.
  • Sugar - per 1 l infusion of 1 kg.

For honey, fresh cones are needed, still green. Collected shoots must be sorted, rinsed and poured with water so that it covers about 1-2 cm. Then boil with the lid closed for 20 minutes, then the broth should be allowed to infuse for about a day.

Consider another recipe for pine honey. Young cones collected during the period from June 21 to June 25 are placed in a transparent container, densely poured with sugar (1 kg per 1 can of 3 liters). Preparation:

Contraindications
