That's why this article summarizes my personal experience of project presentation, studied the additional literature, below I will introduce the golden rules and recommendations that will help you to succeed, thanks to a qualitative and successful presentation.

First. All attention to the speaker and visibility. Presentation of the project is not a document at all, so we only do it in Power Point, not in Word, for solid text you can use the distribution. Remember, what you wrote on the slides, your guests can read independently, tell them loudly, live and in their own words. If you are presenting a new product, then show it and let it touch. If you present the hymn of the company, then organize and sing it all together. Show high-quality photos if it's a presentation of a new machine.

The second. Magic figures. Be sure to observe the principle "10-20-30", which means:

- no more than 10 slides (10 ideas, 10 thoughts, 10 important messages, write 1 idea for one slide);

- no more than 20 minutes for your performance;

- The 30th font of writing text on the slide.

The only nuance recommended by Steve Jobs (APPLE) is the rule of 10 minutes so that your listeners do not get tired, you need to take a break every 10 minutes to demonstrate the product, change the speaker, after all, you need to tell a joke.

Third. Do not bring data, you need information and ready-made solutions. What do you think, what is the difference between data and information? Data - it's bare numbers, tables and texts. And the information is processed data, comparative diagrams, analytics and specific proposals. The presentation of the project is news, a sensation, a proposal that is not included in these categories, make out in handouts.

Fourth. Golden rule of information visualization. Before preparing your slides, you must adhere to strict rules that will allow you to successfully and clearly present information, read the following recommendations:

• Diagram - the diagram on the slide is the most successful visualization. The possibilities of new versions of Power Point are unlimited: a huge number of different variations and designs.
• Drawings - must be qualitative, clear and strictly on the topic. We use them only in the event that we were unable to draw a diagram.
• We use graphics only if we could not find the drawings for the presentation.
• "Naked" text only in the event that they could not do, draw a competent schedule.

Fifth. On the slide, there should not be more than five elements, such a pattern was revealed by American scientists. Human short-term memory can simultaneously store no more than 5-7 elements, on the slide there should not be "porridge", if there is much more information - group, shorten to the most important and key.
