For him you will need coffee (soluble in granules), sugar and milk. First, mix the sugar, a couple of teaspoons of coffee and add water. It is very important to observe the proportion - for 1 teaspoon of a soluble drink you need only 5 teaspoons of water. If you use a machine, you need to weld a highly concentrated espresso. This mixture must be beaten with a mixer for a long time to get a smooth, thick foam. Many drink fans say that it is the main ingredient of the properly prepared frappe. When everything is ready, put a very finely chopped ice in a tall glass, then add milk to taste. Pencil lay out the topmost layer, it will leak into the interior, giving the drink an invigorating and refreshing coffee taste. Before serving in a glass you need to put a tube for cocktails.
