Governor Carner proposed to approve the following format of the holiday: on this day, in his opinion, the subordinates were to congratulate their bosses and thank them for their honest and benevolent work and management during the past year.

Originally invented in the United States, the idea of a professional day for all bosses was picked up at the speed of light by other countries.
