When and how to transplant Dracaena
Dracaena is one of the most loved indoor plants. It grows relatively quickly, although it is demanding to care, but it is not too capricious, and a magnificent appearance will destroy any florist on the spot. Without greenery, even the richest and most beautiful house seems empty and dead, breathing life into it and making cozy room flowers. Dracaena among them is not the last place. This beautiful woman is happy to put in the living rooms, offices, large halls. This plant is unique, it looks great both in apartments and offices.
When buying a flower in a store, many are tormented by the question of how to transplant dracenu and whether it should be done immediately? Some people postpone this process for later, wanting the plant to adapt to new conditions, acclimatized in the house. But still experienced flower growers recommend transplanting the dracaena in the first two weeks after the purchase. The root system develops very actively, therefore, for a plant 40 cm in height, a pot of 15 cm is suitable. You can buy a substrate ready in the store, or you can do it yourself. If you buy ready land, then the mixture is suitable for dracen, or for cacti and palms.
Before transplanting the dracenium, you need to make sure that it is healthy. If no changes in appearance are observed, then it is necessary to make a transshipment, that is, plant together with an earthen lump to place in a larger pot. All voids should be covered with earth, especially concentrating on the sides. Watering is not worth much, the land should only lie well to the roots, if the flower is poured, then it will start to rot.
