  4. Lack of manganese is similar, but it affects the old leaves first. Potassium permanganate or manganese sulphate must be added to the plant.

Infections

The most common infectious disease is black spotting. Markings appear both on leaves and petioles. Around them yellow areas are formed. They expand, as a result of which the entire leaf turns yellow and falls off. Spreads in heated damp weather. Weakened, bare plants do not tolerate winter well, therefore, it is necessary to fight infection.

Affected leaves and plant debris should be scrapped and burned, and the plants treated with fungicides.
