But why do bears attack people? After all, in theory they must avoid them and avoid possible contacts with them. What was the reason that these wildlife animals changed all their principles and began to hunt people? Let's consider all possible causes, and also we will talk about the most known cases connected with an attack on a person.

It should be noted that not only clumsy people attack people. Other predators can also take this step, especially if they feel their own advantage over the victim. However, the cannibal is not just a bloodthirsty beast. It's an awesome death machine, which is unlikely to get away, let alone fight one-on-one.

The habitual way of life of bears

As in the first, and in the second case, the bear no longer goes to sleep, because nature did not foresee such a turn of events. The only thing that remains for him is to look for his own food, and given the peculiarities of the season, there will be very few in the district.

Therefore, there is a high probability that such a beast will attack the first creature that met it. And man will not be an exception, because in the eyes of a bear he is only a juicy piece of meat. Worst of all, it costs him once to hunt people, as it becomes a habitual norm. And even if he survives until the spring, he will still continue his atrocities, like a drug addict, driven by a new dose.

The biggest cannibal in the world

These events occurred in the state of Alaska, USA. A young forest guard officer went hunting early in the morning. At that moment he could not even imagine what horror awaited him there.

Tracing a deer, he climbed deep into the forest, where he was met by a grizzly cannibal. Fortunately the guy had a good reaction and a 7-mm semi-automatic rifle. As long as the bear ran, the man released the whole store into it. Although it did not kill the beast, yet it fell a few steps from the young guy.

A few hours later the forestry department arrived. After an autopsy, they found human remains in the bear's stomach, after which the local sheriffs combed the forest. There they found the bones of two tourists, as it turned out, they were killed quite recently.

Later it turned out that this is the largest grizzly that man was able to kill. Thus, the length of the animal's body was 4.3 m, and its weight exceeded 700 kg.

Bloodthirsty Bear from Mysore

In India there is a special kind of bears, they are also called gubachi. These animals are very aggressive in nature and attack anyone who comes too close. Despite this, they eat their prey quite rarely, because they like honey and snails more.

And yet one day in the city called Mysore a bear-cannibal appeared. Throughout his life, he attacked people. So, its victims were more than twelve people, with only a few lucky enough to escape.

Even a legend appeared in the village. As if a bear loved a local girl, but her parents did not want to give it to the beast. Upon learning of this, he hated all the people and began to take revenge by attacking and killing everyone who passed along his path.

To save the inhabitants of Mysore, the famous hunter Kenneth Anderson volunteered. After several days of tracking, he still managed to find the cannibal. After that, he did not hesitate to shoot the wild beast, thus protecting people from his deeds.

Russian bear-killer

Unfortunately, Russia is often shaken with news that an ogre bear appeared in the outback. This is due to the fact that there are a lot of wild forests on the territory of the country, especially in Siberia and Kamchatka.

Quite a sad case occurred in August 2011. In the middle of the day, her mother called her daughter, who in a frantic voice shouted that she was attacked by a bear. At first the woman thought that she was joking, but then her heart felt wrong.

Arriving at the scene, the police first discovered the body of a woman's husband, and then the unfortunate girl. As it turned out, the bear attacked them from the grass, which in this place was very high. The man was killed immediately, but the girl was able to escape. Yet after a hundred meters the beast overtook her and killed her.

A team of hunters quickly found the animal and shot it. It turned out to be a mother bear, who had three cubs. The autopsy revealed that they all had a hand in the murder, and no one knows if it was their first atrocity, maybe somewhere else there are unburied remains of their victims.
