What is the difference between Chernovar beer and all the others?

A little less than 6 centuries ago, in 1454, in the small Czech town of Rakovnik, the largest breweries merged into one company and built the Cernovar plant, which initiated the long and incredibly interesting history of the same company, whose products are still in great demand all over Europe and Russia.

The unique story of Cernovar

In the Czech Republic there has always been a huge number of breweries. Many of them suffered losses and closed, and only Cernovar could successfully survive such a huge amount of time. But the Czech Republic is almost the center of Europe. The country experienced different times and was a battlefield for many wars, including for the most bloody: for the First and Second World. And even in spite of this the plant in Rakovnik continued to produce Chernovar beer.

Incidentally, an interesting fact. In the country, the beer "Chernovar" is almost impossible to buy, because all manufactured products are exported.

Despite the fact that the company produces drinks of different varieties, the most popular are two types of beer: Svetle - light and Cerne - dark.

Cernovar Svetle

The first variety is a classic light beer in the style of a golden-colored lager with a mild taste, in which malt and hops are felt. The percentage of alcohol in it is 4.9. True, according to some tasters, Svetle gives too much sugary. And this, naturally, should not be present in a bright camp. Although such claims are rare and in general the beer receives a rather high rating.

Cernovar Cerne

But Cerne is already a classic dark camp. He has a very rich taste, complemented by notes of caramel and roasted malt. Has a thick foam that lasts a long time in comparison with the popular brands of Russian beer. The tasters note that the beer is rather dense (if you believe the composition, its density is 11.5%) and has the same taste, which should have a dark Czech camp.

In general, Czech beer, it has long been known, is considered one of the best in the world. And it is quite deserved. The products are produced in small breweries using traditional brewing technologies. This is what allows the Czech beer to preserve its original taste and aroma.

Similarly, the beer "Chernovar". It does not brew on an industrial scale and retains almost the same consistency and cooking recipe as several centuries ago.

And it is thanks to this that many people like Chernovar beer. Reviews that leave customers are mostly positive. And this says a lot about the quality and taste of beer.
