What is lamblia, how dangerous they are and how to prevent their appearance
Lamblias are the simplest pathogens, single-celled, standing "beside" amoebae, and dwelling in the lumen of a thin human cat (often in animals, but "animals" of Giardia are not dangerous to humans). They cause a disease called
Giardiasis is found in all countries of the world without exception, but the highest percentage of morbidity is where the level of sanitary culture is lower. In other words, where it is not customary to wash hands and body, wash dishes before meals (giardiasis is transmitted by fecal-oral route).
In Russia, up to 40,000 patients with giardiasis are diagnosed every year, but in fact they are several times more likely. This is because the symptoms of this pathology are similar to those of other, more "popular" diseases. The analysis on Giardia will not show anything - live parasites, being outside the small intestine, die at the most in an hour.
Many people, after learning what lamblia is and what harm they bring, they immediately rush to wash the floors in the apartment with the use of all popular (advertised) funds. And very vain! Cysts lamblia well tolerate chemical attack "mister-properami", bleach, acid, alkali. They can destroy either the temperature below -25C, or almost boiling water. They also do not tolerate sunlight, ultraviolet, quartz (quartz radiators exist, they are inexpensive, but they help very well: after daily quartz, you forget what lamblia is). If you use these tools, they will die within thirty minutes.
Ljamblii very much "love" carbohydrate food, a lack of protein in it and infringement of a microflora of a gut; But they do not tolerate proteins and sour drinks.
Lamblias affect the whole body. The period of their incubation is short, from one to two weeks.
A special protein found on the surface of lamblia causes toxic and allergic reactions of the body, which is why eczema, dermatitis, and sometimes asthma attacks begin to appear. Ljamblii deprive the body of glucose and lactose, as well as vitamins B and C. In the intestines of bifidoflora and lactobacillus are replaced by opportunistic microbes and fungi of the genus Candida, and this is even more violating digestion.
Now that you know what lamblia is and how to protect yourself from them, it's time to remind: hygiene, hygiene, hygiene! No parasites can bear it, and if you follow the purity of your body, the disease will be much less.
