The name of the machine-building enterprise "Tonar" stands for "Goods - to the people". After the company densely engaged in the production of mobile outlets, so popular in the spontaneous markets of the nineties - the beginning of two thousandths, behind these mobile stalls on wheels, the name "tonear" was fixed. At the same time, it did not matter whether they were producing the above-mentioned MOH or another enterprise.

History of MH

One of the significant manufacturers of auto, trailers and semi-trailers, the machine-building plant "Tonar" is located in the village of Gubino, Orekhovo-Zuevsky district of the Moscow region (the main complex). He started his activity in 1990. Then the company specialized in the production of trailers for passenger cars. In 1992, the factory established the release of mobile outlets, which brought him fame - everyone who lived in the nineties knows what a tonal is.

However, the expansion of production did not stop there - the company began to produce galvanized sandwich panels and isothermal bodies, for which such panels are the basis. In 1997, the first full-size semi-trailer from the Guba Automobile Plant was launched. Then the production of semitrailers-dump trucks "Tonar", as well as own dump trucks was put on the conveyor. In 2003, the enterprise began to produce large-volume tipper semi-trailers for dimensional cargoes.

In 2008, Rosstat named OOO MZ "Tonar" the third in terms of production (13.6% of the total mass) in the market of Russian trailers. He conceded only to NefAZ and the company Avtopritsep-KamAZ. In 2011, the plant began to produce tractors. In 2013, Tonar announced a large-scale automation and robotization of its production. In the same year he began to make quarry dump trucks. Among the latest news is the launch in 2016 of the production of road trains, whose maximum payload is 117 tons.

What is "Tonar" these days? This is a giant auto enterprise, the only manufacturer of road trains with impressive carrying capacity and quarry dump trucks. The total area of the plant is more than 19 hectares, the area of its production premises is about 45 m ² . The warehouse of finished machines "Tonar" covers an area of 9 hectares. At the same time 700 workers work at the plant.

LLC "Tonar" is a universal enterprise. Here, the whole technological production cycle is carried out: the development of projects, the production of component vehicles and their subsequent assembly, the sale of products and its further servicing. The machines produced are in full compliance with the UNECE standards.

The car factory is proud of its own design office, as well as ATP, where long-term testing of products under the most extreme conditions for it and with maximum load is made.
