What are the pimples telling us on their hands?

So, why pimples can appear on the hands? Various allergic reactions, eczema, urticaria - all these manifestations may indicate a malfunction in the internal organs. What exactly, the doctor will tell you. In addition, skin rashes can result from external factors (for example, irritation from active chemicals or sunburn). The biological factor can also affect the skin condition not in the best way: bacteria, viruses, fungi - all this affects, above all, the skin and nails.

Any specialist will confirm that when diagnosing a disease, one should not lose sight of the possibility of diseases of internal organs, lesions of the vascular system, foci of local infections. Thus, pimples on the hands - the problem is quite serious, and it should not be left without attention.

Skin pathologies

All the ailments described above are reflected on the skin of a person: all kinds of inflammation, pigmented spots, nodules, seals, a small rash in the form of bubbles, water bubbles with different contents (pus, soup), and finally pimples on the hands.
Dyshidrosis

In most cases, the marks on the skin of this kind indicate a dyshidrosis. This disease can be both independent and be a sign of other skin diseases. The main symptom of dyshidrosis is small bubbles (about the size of a pinhead) filled with transparent contents. Most of the bubbles, as a rule, cover the palms, feet. Thus, the notorious pimples on the hands, most likely, can be explained precisely by dyshidrosis. As for the causes of the disease, they have not yet been established. Most dermatologists agree on the idea that the origins of the problem should be sought in the endocrine system. In many people, the disease worsens during the autumn and spring periods.

Dyshidrotic eczema

Pimples on the arm can be caused not only by dyshidrosis, but also by dyshidrotic eczema. How to distinguish one from another? Eczema differs primarily in acute development after contact of the patient with substances that irritate the skin (detergents, washing powders, creams, lotions), stresses, emotional shocks. The hands swell, blush, become blistered, which gradually burst, the field of which puffiness only increases (this is explained by the attachment of a secondary infection). In addition, the patient may have an increase in lymph nodes under the armpits. Many patients complain of fever, general weakness, painful manifestations. Dyshidrotic eczema, occurring once, often returns without any apparent cause.

True dyshidrosis

If the pimples on the fingers are caused by a true dyshidrosis, they stay for about ten days, then dry up or burst (this is accompanied by the release of serous fluid). Opening of the vesicles can be accompanied by acute pain, but new formations do not occur.

Other diseases

Problems with the skin can be caused by chronic eczema, smallpox, scarlatina, typhus, venereal diseases. In any case, these symptoms require immediate treatment to the dermatologist.
