In this article we would like to offer you a fascinating master class called "Narcissus of Beads". In it we will tell you how to make a bouquet of flowers with your own hands. Bright, sunny daffodils are sure to please you and bring a spring mood to your house!

We select consumables

For the production of one narcissus, we need several kinds of beads, including:

  • Round yellow No. 11 (5 g);
  • White No. 11 (5 g);
  • Green number 11 (5 g).

If desired, you can use a larger bugle, for example No. 9 or No. 8. In that case, your flower will be bigger. If you want to make a bouquet of daffodils - calculate the necessary number of beads yourself. We advise you to purchase high-quality Czech or Japanese glass beads for making crafts. Cheap Chinese material can significantly worsen the appearance of the product (beads come in different sizes and differ in shape). Also, for work you will need copper wire (0.3 mm in diameter) and green threads for decorating the stem.

We begin to make crafts "Narcissus of beads"

We suggest you get started with creating a top petal shaped like a cup. We will weave it from the glass beads of yellow color. Cut off a piece of wire 30 cm long. We collect 15 beads on it, move them to the middle. We twist the wire in such a way that there is one bead on the top of the fold, and the rest were arranged in two parallel segments, 7 pieces each. Next, twist the two ends of the wire, making a minimum of five turns for a more secure fixation. As a result, you get an elongated loop. Now we take another piece of wire and let one end of it through the 7 beads on the right side of the first loop. We equalize the ends and gain 8 beads. One of them is located in the center from the top, and the other seven on the right, a column. We twist the wires and get a second loop, which has one common segment with the first piece. By analogy, we perform eight more such loops. The eleventh piece of wire is threaded through the seven previous beads, stringing one bead. Then skip the second end through the beads on the left side of loop No. 1. As a result, you get a round core of a narcissus with needle-like petals. We twist the ends of all the wires, then they will form the stem of our flower.

We begin to make the lower diamond-shaped petals

We continue weaving of narcissus from beads in the technique of parallel nizaniya. Cut off the wire length of 65 cm. We string 4 white beads on it, we form the first row. Next, we work according to the following scheme: 5-8-10-12-12-12-12-10-8-6-5-3-2 (the figure denotes the number of pieces of glass beads). You get the first diamond-shaped petal. One daffodil from beads will consist of six similar elements. After they are woven, you can start making a long narrow sheet.

With our own hands create bright spring flowers - daffodils from beads. Weaving scheme

The leaf of the narcissus will consist of two halves. We will perform them, using the technique of parallel weaving already familiar to us. First, we make the first detail: take the green beads and a piece of wire 90 cm long. We will follow the following scheme: 1-1-2-2-3 * 33-2. As a result, you should get a long and narrow workpiece. Now we perform the second half of the sheet according to the following scheme: 1-2-2-2-3 * 33-2. Before stringing each row of beads we weave the working wire to the first half of the sheet, side, between the rows. It turns out a long and narrow sheet.

Assembling the parts of the product

After manufacturing all the necessary elements, we proceed to assembling the flower. Take the yellow core and screw from below it three white petals, using additional pieces of wire. We try to place the petals in a circle evenly. Three more blanks are screwed under the first row, trying not to allow large gaps. We fix the structure again with an additional wire. Now take the green thread and wrap the stem of the flower, starting work from the lower petals. At the very bottom we attach the sheet and complete the decoration of the stem with a thread. That's all - our bright and beautiful daffodil from beads is ready! By the same principle weave a few more colors and decorate them in a magnificent bouquet. Now you know how to make daffodils from beads. The master class, we hope, helped you to understand the technique of doing this original craft. Creative success to you!
