Vegetarian pizza will appeal not only to those people who limit the consumption of meat products, but also to believers who observe all posts (although in this case one will have to do without cheese). In the end, it's just a tasty and beautiful dish that will decorate any table.

First you need to prepare the foundation. This can be done by focusing on the following recipe:

It will take a glass of flour, 2/3 cup of water, a teaspoon of dry yeast and 2/3 of a teaspoon of salt, a little vegetable oil. Water in the glass is warmed a little, yeast is poured into it and stirred until it dissolves completely. Then add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to this water, mix and pour into a bowl of flour. The dough is kneaded and left for an hour in order for it to rise slightly. When the time comes out, the dough is taken out of the bowl, greased with vegetable oil and rolled into a thin circle, no more than 1 cm thick. Then fill it with prepared stuffing.

For the filling it will be required: a couple of ketchup spoons, 50 g of green olives, 2 Bulgarian peppers, leeks and hard cheese. The leeks are cut into half rings, the olives are divided into 2 parts. Bulgarian peppers are washed and cleaned, then cut into thin rings. Cheese is rubbed. The dough is smeared with ketchup, and piled on it a layer of Bulgarian peppers, halves of olives and a layer of onions. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
