And six months later, on July 14, 2008, the court decided to resume the trial of Alexanian. Although judging by the diseases, they were supposed to release the prisoner from custody. The lawyers of the vice-president petitioned that the court review the case. They provided certificates from the hospital from the chief doctor. They asked Vasily Aleksanyan to be released. Release from custody
