Vaccine "Nobivac" for dogs and cats

The drug "Nobivac", for dogs and cats specially designed, is the world's first vaccine, which has official confirmation of the ability to provide immunity against major viral infections for at least three years. This drug is produced by the company "Intervet", which is currently supplying the Russian market with a whole series of special products that can effectively protect animals. So, for example, on sale it is possible to meet the vaccine "Nobivac" for dogs against enteritis of parvovirus type, infectious hepatitis or plague carnivore. In addition, in veterinary pharmacies and clinics you can purchase a special series of drugs for other pets. For example, there is a drug "Nobivak" for cats against kalitsivirusnoy infection, viral rhinotracheitis and panleukopenia.

Features of the formulation

The composition of all products of the company "Intervet", aimed at creating sustainable immunity, includes truly unique attenuated living strains. In some vaccines there are bacterial cultures against parvovirus enteritis and parainfluenza, in others - against leptospirosis, rabies or adenovirus infections. At the same time, all components (active and auxiliary) used in "Nobivac" preparations for dogs and cats have proved their reliability and high efficiency. They activate in the animal's body exactly those biological processes that ensure the achievement of maximum immunological results in the shortest possible time, as well as long-term protection against the most common infectious diseases.

Vaccination schedule

With regard to the specifics of vaccination and the use of such a tool as, for example, the vaccine for Nobivak dogs, they begin to vaccinate puppies when they reach the age of four to six weeks. Subsequent procedures are carried out on average every fourteen to twenty-one days. That is, if the first vaccine was delivered at the age of six weeks, the second vaccine is administered at the eighth to ninth weeks, and the latter is put on the twelfth. Cats begin to inoculate two or three months after birth. Repeated procedure is performed exactly three weeks after the first, and the booster is carried out strictly once a year. In the event that an earlier protection against any infections is required, the first vaccine is usually given in a month and a half.

List of main contraindications

Use of the "Nobivac" vaccine for dogs and cats is strictly forbidden by the manufacturer in case of detection of hyperthermia, any acquired immune deficiency and chronic acute or subacute diseases in the animal. In addition, it is not recommended to vaccinate earlier than three weeks after the injection of hyperimmune serum. If there are any parasitic diseases (including worms), the vaccination of the animal should not be carried out.
