Travel ID form, its function and purpose

The travel authorization form is a standard document. In normative documents, this form is listed as a document in the form of T-10. It is the basis for the employees of the enterprise to go on a business trip. Due to the special form, the travel authorization form allows you to track the time of employees (workers) staying on a business trip. Their time of departure and arrival at (from) the destination.

If an employee is to visit not one but several enterprises or organizations during a business trip, stamps (seals) about arrival or departure (marks) are stamped in each of them. After an employee returns from a business trip, he or she sends a traveler with the marks to the cadre body (or other body that dealt with its registration). To the advance report documents are attached that can confirm all financial expenses during the trip (travel documents, checks for payment of accommodation, etc.).

When registering a worker on a business trip, you should know that the order (instruction) is given by either the head or the person authorized for him. The term of the business trip can not be more than 40 days without taking into account the time for the trip. If the business trip is connected with the performance of installation or construction works, the term can be extended to a year. In addition, all the work or tasks that the employee must perform during the trip, should not contradict his functional duties, prescribed in the employment contract. Do not forget that on a business trip, all social guarantees and norms defined by labor legislation also apply to the employee.

From the trip, employees can refuse, if:

Is a pregnant woman;

- employees who are under 18 years of age (creative professions are excluded);

- workers who depend on sick relatives;

- mothers raising children up to three years old or caring for disabled children under 18 years of age.

If a travel authorization form is issued for one person, the order is issued in accordance with the T-9 form. If you plan to send several people, then for the order uses a different form of T-9a.

The travel document is issued in a single copy.

In addition to the certificate, to control workers on business trips, the enterprise maintains a special accounting journal for employees, both departing and arriving from business trips. It includes both its own employees and employees who came to the enterprise from other organizations (enterprises). Often for the conduct of such a journal is responsible for an employee who is engaged in the registration of a travel document.
