Faced with such a concept as the thermal conductivity of the air, we begin to wonder - and what is it all about? This interchange of particles between bodies, that is, a body in which particles are more heated, transfer particles to the body in which they are less heated.

If we talk about the thermal conductivity in the air, then we must note the fact of the transfer of molecular particles in space, that is, there is a molecular movement Particles. Exchange can occur as with homogeneous bodies, and different in composition. Such heat exchange can occur in three states: gas, liquid, crystal (solid state).

The thermal conductivity of the air exists so that the temperature between the bodies is equalized by the recoil and the reception of heated particles. To do this, its exact calculation is necessary. Such devices are most often made of an electric heating element, low-inertia heat meters, on which thermocouples are located, and the structure itself is located in a metal casing, which is filled with heat-insulating material. Knowing the thermal conductivity of the air, you can equip your house or apartment so that they are warm, and also be able to advise your relatives about the material they need, for example, for upholstering a wall in a private house so that it is comfortable, cozy and peaceful.

For building purposes it is possible to use foam sheets of small thickness for wall sheathing, since they keep the heat well. In villages, houses are built of wood, because the tree also holds heat for a long time, in contrast to concrete.
