The largest cities of Bashkortostan

The Republic of Bashkortostan is a subject of the Russian Federation, received its name in honor of the indigenous people living in the territory - Bashkir. This city was founded in 1937 in the west of the republic, one hundred and eighty kilometers from Ufa. Its area is about ninety-nine square kilometers. This settlement has a significant mineral and raw materials base to ensure the production of various building materials.
