The legendary musical group SMASH was formed in 2002 and in a short time has gained popularity among adolescents throughout Russia. The group "Smesh", which included young and attractive Sergey Lazarev and Vlad Topalov, recorded three albums and released 6 music videos. The duet of Lazarev and Topalov worked in a European format. The group "Smesh" preferred to perform songs in English. The desire to reach the world level was traced in the work of the team. So, in a short time the group managed to win many awards, among which were the "Muz-TV Award", "New Wave", "Golden Gramophone", etc.
At the time of the creation of the duet, Lazarev and Topalov were not even 20 years old, but despite the young age, the musicians at that time had a lot of experience on the stage. From early childhood the boys were engaged in the collective "Neposedy", in which the whole world traveled and received professional training. From the age of nine Sergei and Vad were friends, so the creation of a joint project did not cause surprise to the friends of the guys. The group "Smesh" won the audience not only by the pretty appearance of the soloists, but also by their talents. The first video the guys recorded for the song Should Have Loved You More. And the most popular song of the band "Smesh" - Belle was written specially for the birthday of Vlad's father. Quickly this single became one of the most popular on radio and television. The group "Smesh" "Bel" performed at their solo concerts and represented at the awards.
At the contest of young performers "New Wave", where young singers from all over the world come, the band won first place. Cute young people charmed the audience and seemed promising jury members.
