This is a story about a labyrinth that was designed as a test for adolescents in order to make a medicine for an epidemic. The main character is Thomas. He woke up in a moving elevator and ended up in a clearing where teenagers live. The only thing they know is that every month with a provision to them they raise another person who remembers only his name and nothing more. In this meadow everyone lives according to strict laws, the violation of which can kill not only the one who broke them, but also put under the blow of all. Among the guys there are runners, who every day explore the labyrinth in order to find a way out and be saved. But in the labyrinth there live terrible monsters - grivers, which can infect children. Everything becomes more complicated when they are picked up by another teenager, who turns out to be a girl named Theresa. She remembers not only her name, but also Thomas.

The film received the MTV Movie Award in the following nominations:

The film "Running in the labyrinth: a test of fire" was taken from the book "Running through the maze: through the furnace."

The picture tells us what happened to the protagonists after they got out of the maze. They try to find answers to the questions and other survivors. But to get all this, they will have to go through a very dangerous and difficult journey through the deserts, the destroyed cities and crowds of already infected people.

The second part received the Teen Choice 2016 award in the following categories:

The film will be released in February 2018. The original release date is January 12, 2018. However, it was postponed because of the injury of the protagonist in the process of filming.

This part is the final in the trilogy "Running in a maze." The whole story will be based on the struggle of the surviving children led by Thomas against the organization "Vice". The main goal of the guys will be to find a cure for the deadly disease that killed the majority of the population of the planet Earth.

Starring: Brenda (Rosa Salazar), Harriet (Natalie Emmanuel), Theresa (Kaya Skodelario), Thomas (Dylan O'Brien), Sonia (Catherine McNamara) and other characters we already know from the previous parts.

It was originally announced that the shooting of the film will begin in Vancouver in February 2016, but then they were moved to the end of March. Due to Dylan O'Brien's injury, they had to be postponed again in mid-May 2016. But, unfortunately, the injuries of one of the main actors turned out to be much more serious than anticipated, which made it postponed shooting indefinitely, they were supposed to begin in February 2017, but were postponed again in March.

This trilogy is aimed at young people, for a more adult generation it may seem uninteresting and boring. But for teenagers, it is attractive and exciting.
