The drug "Chondroxide forte" (tablets, gel) refers to drugs that promote tissue regeneration, NSAIDs. The active ingredients are chondroitin sulfate, meloxicam. The drug has a complex effect, inhibits the development of osteochondrosis and osteoarthrosis, has analgesic effect. High molecular weight mucopolysaccharide, chondroitin sulfate, is a natural component of cartilage tissue. The compound stabilizes the process of phosphorus-calcium metabolism, inhibits enzymes that cause destruction in the cartilage. The component helps to restore joint surfaces, reduce soreness and increase their mobility. Meloksikam has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. The component does not negatively affect the cartilaginous tissue, being a chondrojetral preparation. Meloksikam reduces the number of mediators of inflammation and pain (prostaglandins) in the affected area.
