A concept is a certain form of thinking, a certain thought about an object. It expresses the essential features of the object.

A concept is a form that is formed by abstracted (revealed) characteristics of objects expressed in a general form. It does not specify the specific features of the object, in which the characteristic inherent in many others was seen.

A concept is a form that can be used in relation to any object, process of reality, phenomenon. Thought is also applicable to ideas about objects, to images of human fantasy.

Characteristics of objects

The concept is a design that includes a number of components. An integral part of this form is the signs of objects. They, in essence, determine the characteristics of the concept itself. Signs can be expressed in the form of similarity or difference of objects. In the first case, the characteristics are called generic. The second characteristic is called distinctive. Both these and other characteristics can reflect non-essential or essential features of objects. In the second case, we mean the significance of the feature of one object in front of the features of the other. So, for example, as an essential characteristic of fruit juice is the availability of useful microelements and vitamins. In this case, the color of the liquid is considered a secondary sign. That property, which determines the nature, direction and nature of the development of the object, is considered irrelevant to its meaning for other features.

The concept of an enterprise

This term in Russian is usually used in two meanings. In the first case, there is a characteristic of an industrial establishment, for example, a factory, a factory, a workshop. In the second case, the definition is understood as any case, conceived by someone. This term, thus, contains an entrepreneurial basis. It should be said that the term "enterprise" is considered somewhat vague and relatively wide. It includes not only economic and legal, but also social, technological and other components. The polysemy of the term shows that in each case of its use, it is necessary to consider the meaning in a specific context. It must be said that in the legal literature the definition of "enterprise" is of an economic nature. Consequently, it is considered an economic category, in the first place.

The concept of competition

This term is understood as the rivalry of economic structures, in the course of which the independent activity of each of them is limited or the possibility to influence unilaterally the conditions of circulation of products in the relevant market is excluded. In accordance with the Law, the legal and organizational framework ensuring the protection of competition is defined. Among the measures taken for this, it should be noted the suppression and prevention of monopolistic activities, restrictions by state authorities, executive structures of federal significance and other organizations and funds.
