Who is a civil servant?

Categories of civil servants

Payment procedure

In addition to basic payments and statutory rewards, there are many other incentives that regional authorities can set. At the same time (due to indexation), the law also provides for an annual increase in salaries to civil servants.

The salaries of this class of specialists are quite small: from 3000 to 6000 rubles. Again, everything depends on the rank and duration of each official.

  • Supplements for long service. Its size is three salaries.
  • Payments for work with state secrets. This is the salary of civil servants, increased by 1.5 times.

  • A salary for a special class rank. It is equal to four employee salaries.
  • Various bonuses for the performance and overfulfilment of the planned targets - 200%.

The salary is paid, as a rule, twice a month. The first part - advance (up to 40%), and the rest - directly a salary with all kinds of extra charges. As with everyone, every month, all major deductions are made to various state funds.

Also, a regular civil servant has the right to a paid hospital (the amount depends on the total salary).

Calculation of pension

A civil servant is a profession that any able-bodied citizen of the Russian Federation, who has a certain level of special education and relevant skills, can get. And each such employee has the right to expect a fair pension provision.
