So, to prepare this dessert, we will use the following products: 200 grams of sugar cookies ("Jubilee", "Slodych", etc.) and 100 g butter butter. Of these ingredients, we will make the basis for the cake. To prepare the cream, we need half a kilo of cottage cheese and sour cream, 200 ml of cream (fatty - 33-35%), 400 g of granulated sugar, 200 g of blueberries, 2 tablespoons of gelatin. The berries can be used not only in fresh, but also in frozen form.

To begin with, it is necessary to break the cookies finely and mix it with the melted butter. We put the resulting mass on the bottom of the demountable form for baking. This will be the basis for our dessert. We remove it in the refrigerator. At this time, you can do the preparation of the cream. To do this, cottage cheese, which can be wiped through a sieve if necessary, is combined with sour cream and sugar. Beat until smooth consistency is obtained. To a lesser part, add the resulting blueberry puree. We mix it well.

Of these products, we will make a biscuit dough. For the filling, we will need defrosted blueberries - 250 grams, 500 ml of sour cream, 10 grams of gelatin and vanilla sugar, and 50 grams of honey. Instead of fresh or frozen berries, you can use jam.

Cooking process

So, let's start creating our blueberry cake. First of all, you should do the test. Mix eggs and honey, add hot water. Mix this mixture for two or three minutes with a mixer. Then we start to gradually introduce flour sifted with a baking powder. The resultant dough is placed in a baking dish and sent for about half an hour to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Note that the cake will turn out to be rather thin. After it is ready, remove the mold from the oven and cool it. Then cut the cake along in half. The basis for the cake is ready, you can go to the filling.

To do this, use a blender with blueberry puree. Gelatine soaked for 10 minutes in 100 milliliters of cold water. After its swelling, we put it on the stove and reheat it on a small fire, not bringing it to a boil. Add the resulting blueberry puree, mix. We remove from the plate and leave to cool.

We combine in a separate vessel sour cream with vanillin and honey. Beat. Pour the resulting blueberry mass to sour cream. Now you can proceed to the formation of the cake.
