The surface of the container is covered with a heat-insulating compound, its thickness is up to 1 cm.

The purpose of transport is to deliver special equipment and personnel to the scene of the incident, as well as the means of extinguishing and supplying them to the source of ignition.

On the chassis are installed reservoirs with foaming agent and liquid.
