Promised his family received, but Dmitry himself almost immediately killed at the front. During the October Revolution, everything received was confiscated, and the Stolyarovs again began to live in poverty and poverty. The famine in the village prompted the mother to send her older children to the "bread" of Tashkent.

Thus began the wanderings of Sergei across Russia, enveloped in the flames of war. Before Tashkent, the boy did not reach, because he fell ill with typhus. The brothers were forced to leave him, 8-year-old, in Kursk, on the threshold of the hospital, and then disappeared without a trace in the maelstrom of the events around him. Sergei recovered and was identified in the Kursk orphanage, where he first met with the theater. The military period of Stolyarov's life

The 50th years were marked by the release of two more films. It was the "Secret of the Two Oceans" and "Ilya Muromets", which entered the Guinness Book of Records for the quantitative figure of the extras (1100 horses and 106,000 extras soldiers).

In the 60s, the career of a film actor went somewhat to decline; On the screens of the country with the participation of Stolyarov came out only two pictures: "Man changes skin" and "Nebula Andromeda", which became the last in his acting destiny. Health Stolyarova undermined the scandal associated with the accusation of the latter in the lack of participation in theatrical productions. For this he and his wife were fired from the theater.

Honest, open, sincere

In the late 60's Sergei Stolyarov agreed to shoot the film in his script "When the Fog Diversies". But he could not carry out the plan because of the aggravation of the malignant tumor, and therefore had to go to the hospital. There was no talented actor on December 9, 1969. He was buried at the Vagankovskoye cemetery.
