The use of self-leveling floors, which are worthy of qualitative characteristics, is very important for premises with high capacity: shops, hospitals, schools, offices and others. This coating is recommended to be installed in premises with concrete floor, as well as in those where there is a lot of dust, for example, cement. Such a floor not only prevents the accumulation of a large amount of dust, but also leads to a significant extension of the operational life of concrete. And still the floor has a wide range of colors and aesthetic appearance.

How long the floor is dry

The filler floor refers to thin-layer coatings, since its thickness is no more than three millimeters, and its installation is carried out on top of concrete, which serves as the basis. The process of creating a filler floor is very simple. The technology of its manufacture includes three stages:

- Prior to laying the polymer base, a thorough inspection of the concrete base is carried out;

- In the second stage, the floor is pre-treated. It must be carefully polished, so that the surface is as flat as possible, the cracks and holes must be covered. In the presence of the slightest defect, then a detachment of the polymer coating may occur. Avoid this only if there is an ideally smooth surface.

- Now it is possible to fill directly the polymer coating. For 24 hours the polymer hardens and the floor is ready for use. After that, the oily film should be removed from the floor. It can be exposed to mechanical stress after 72 hours.

You can make a living floor. To do this, everything is the same as for the usual bulk floor, and then on the cover you can apply a pattern or put a thin cloth. From the top it is all varnished, which makes the floor beautiful and spectacular. If you apply a professional drawing with the effect of volume, then the floor will really seem alive.

In general, self-leveling floors are quite practical and durable, so they are recommended to use in rooms with increased capacity.
