Sanguirithrin. Instructions for use

Sangviritrin is an antimicrobial medicinal product of plant origin. Its effect is due to the combination of bisulfates of the natural ingredients of chelerythrin and sanguinarine, which are close in properties and structure to quaternary benzophenanthridine alkaloids isolated from small-fruited and heart-shaped makleyi grass.

The drug "Sangviritrin" instruction describes in the following dosage forms:

- tablets, covered with a film membrane, biconvex on both sides, with a color ranging from dark orange to brownish-orange;

- liniment - a dense homogeneous mass with a specific odor, with a color varying in light orange - orange tones;

- alcohol solution (0.2%), which is used externally and topically. Sanguirythrin is a solution of a transparent orange color, which smells of alcohol.

Tablets are used in complex therapy for chronic and acute infectious and inflammatory diseases, such as:

  • Microsporium;
  • candidiasis;
  • Pharyngomycosis;
  • Dysbiosis;
  • Reclaimed bacterial transport;
  • Toxic foodborne infections ;
  • Salmonellosis;
  • dysentery.

The Sangviritrin solution is recommended for treatment and prevention:

  • Wound infection and purulent-inflammatory complication after surgery;
  • Dermatomycosis (including those complicated by mixed flora);
  • Onychomycosis;
  • Superficial blastomycosis;
  • Pyoderma;
  • Chronic and external otitis media of the middle ear.

The preparation in the form of liniment is indicated for use in the following cases:

  • Dermatological diseases - dermatomycosis, superficial blastomycosis, pyoderma;
  • Gynecological ailments - vaginitis, colpitis, cervical erosion, endocervicitis;
  • Surgery - long-lasting non-healing ulcers and wounds, infected burns;
  • Dentistry-gingivostomatitis (ulcerative-necrotic), aphthous stomatitis, periodontitis;
  • Infectious-inflammatory diseases of fungal and bacterial etiology, manifested in the mucous membranes and skin integuments.

The drug "Sangviritrin" instruction calls harmful for pathogenic and yeast-like fungi, multidrug resistant strains of microorganisms, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including for some pathogenic protozoa, as possessing a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity.

Bacteriostatic action is provided by therapeutic doses of the drug Sangviritrin. The instruction describes in detail the mechanism of the antimicrobial effect, which is due to the suppression of bacterial nuclease, the violation of the fission partitions and the permeability of the cell walls. In addition, there is a weak anticholinesterase effect of the drug, which gives a positive effect for violations due to poliomyelitis and cerebral palsy, and myopathy.

Method of application of the drug "Sangviritrin". Instructions

Stomatitis. 2-3 times a day using applications with an aqueous solution or liniment (1%) for 2-5 days.

Periodontal disease. Apply turundas, moistened in water (0.01-0.1%) or water-alcohol (0.2%) solution.

Skin diseases (pyoderma , etc.). Use alcohol (0.2%) solution or liniment (1%) until a positive result is achieved.

The consequences of poliomyelitis, myopia. Make an appointment to adults - from 1 to 2 tablets twice a day, and the dose should not exceed 3 pieces per day (0.005-0.01 g), the children are shown the drug, depending on the age, in a smaller dosage that Should correspond - for 1 year of life - to 0.001 g in two divided doses throughout the day.

Usually the drug is well tolerated by patients, however, in some cases, pain or burning sensation occurs, which is easily eliminated by adding a small amount of novocaine solution (0.5%). With oral administration, abdominal pain, vomiting, and nausea may occur.

Contraindicated drug "Sangviritrin" in diseases of the kidney and liver, bronchial asthma, hyperkinesia (which is expressed in involuntary contraction of the muscles of the extremities), epilepsy.
