Preparing Layers

  1. Filet or my leg and cook it on medium heat. After boiling, the water is salted, the fire is reduced, we remove the foam and cook until ready. As a rule - 40-45 minutes. After the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan, allow to cool and finely chop.
  2. Carrots cook, cool and three on a grater.
