Russian Post: Reviews are rarely positive

You know, there are good workers and there are bad ones. So, the Post of Russia, which I want to review about in my article, is not characterized by either the first or the second. It employs its own, a special class (you can even say, a caste), which you can call "workers of the Russian Post". And they are much worse than representatives of other institutions.

"But why is the Russian Post, whose feedback about the work is so bad, continues to hire such negligent employees?" You ask. To get an answer, do not dig deep, you can just look at the level of their salaries. On the one hand, I, of course, understand these people who have to sit for a penny on a dull work, without the possibility of career growth and serve sometimes very hamovatyh clients. But, dear employees of the organization "Russian Post", reviews of which are full of negativity, you yourself have chosen your work. Therefore, regardless of its grayness, do not be rude to people who came just to send a letter, expel retirees, who oh how difficult it is even to reach your office, and rush with a broom on customers (yes, yes, that too was).

By the way, it seems that the Russian Post reviews about themselves are not very much taken into account. This is doubly frustrating, because if you take into account the opinions of customers, then conflicts would be much less. Repeatedly people complained about refusals to accept their documents, too short working hours (sometimes post offices in different cities were opened only from 10.00 to 14.00), as well as boorish behavior of employees. But most of all the negative of the EMN Russian Post, whose comments are already beginning to acquire anecdotal outlines, causes those who receive the parcel with its help. If you delve deeper into reading, you can count hundreds or even thousands of stories telling about lost or broken technical devices (especially telephones), tattered or completely lost clothes or things that have come to the recipient in many years. It should be emphasized that long delays in receiving parcels have already become the norm in this institution.

By the way, the postal services of other countries have already heard about the problems with the transfer to Russia, so they are ready at any time to meet their customers and replace the non-sold goods. In preparation for writing the article, I even met a story when USPS staff tried to contact Russian Post employees to find out about the state of the parcel, which could not reach the recipient in any way. Of course, nothing came of it, and the Americans were shocked by the mess going on there (it's no wonder, after all, in the United States, mail is just a huge role).

Curiously, you can find even pictures of how the products are delivered. They depict real chaos, a bunch of boxes that rush from one loader to another, often while falling to the floor. And after that we are surprised at the state of the parcels?

So, I sincerely hope that someday the Post of Russia will take note of self-reports and correct the current situation. In the meantime, as they say, we have what we have.
