Ilmaki and Caesarean Far Eastern mushroom, flat-boned mushroom and golden scallop, mushroom noodles and woody ears - all these and many other of the unlisted grow only in Primorye, especially in its southern part. Among the amazing fungi there are coral, really very reminiscent of these underwater organisms. What are these mushrooms? Primorye is very rich in russula. Elite mushroom is the russet Kele. It is good for pickling. Cute mushroom with a purple cap, a size not exceeding 5-8 cm, and with a white elastic flesh. It grows in coniferous forests, the harvest season is August-September. Obafok Far East is a very tasty mushroom and is good in any form. It can be stewed, boiled, fried, dried and salted. The fungus is large, the hat of mature fruit bodies reaches 22 cm in diameter. The radially-wrinkled-pitched bonnet is pressed and put on a foot, like a thimble. It grows abundantly in the oak forests in August and early September. Very much appreciated from local residents are edible fungi of Primorsky Krai, like a russula greenish, suitable for frying, marinating, drying and pickling. It grows mainly under oaks, but it also occurs in coniferous-broad-leaved forests. The season is August-September. It is one of the best mushrooms for harvesting for future use by hot and cold marinating. No less popular and russet golden, talking about which, you can repeat everything said above about the russula greenish.

Podgruzdki and honey agarics

Very tasty is the loading of white, not inferior to the taste data of a real mush. It is especially good in salting. It grows in oak forests, it is harvested from July to September. Favorite here is the black and pink pearls. Especially popular in Primorye is the real autumn fallow. It is prepared in every way - and in any dish it is good. Begin to collect it in September, when most mushrooms have already moved away. You can meet them on the eve of the first frosts. Only hats with the upper part of the leg go to food. It grows on the roots and stumps of almost all trees.

What we have, do not appreciate

The outgoing year turned out to be incredibly fruitful, and the mushrooms of the Primorye Territory (photo attached) reached record sizes.

There are in this part of the species that locals ignore. And the Chinese, for example, pine fungus enjoys incredible popularity. To collect poisonous specimens unnecessary for local residents, they systematically violate the border. The Chinese know the secret of cooking from a pine mushroom several types of medicines and delicious delicacies. Matsutake (the so-called Asian fungus) is used in the preparation of drugs that remove radionuclides from the body. In China itself, a kilogram of these mushrooms is paid 50 dollars, and in Japan 150. And all this against the backdrop of huge demand - hence the violation of the border.
