This can not be done without significant financial support from the federal budget. And Rostov receives it: 41 billion rubles are allocated for the preparation for the 2018 World Cup. From the regional budget for these purposes it is planned to send 3.8 billion rubles, from municipal budgets about 200 million. And another 36.5 billion rubles - extra-budgetary funds from investors, which will be built a new airport, "Southern", several large world-class hotels in Rostov and much more.

The total amount that today is planned to spend on preparation for the CHM2018, will be about 81 billion rubles.

An important component of the preparation for the championship is the hotel complex of the southern capital. Under the strict requirements of FIFA, the city hosting matches must have at least 7760 rooms of the hotel fund, including five-star hotels intended for VIP guests and lower-ranking rooms. According to specialists' calculations, Rostov will significantly block these requirements when the Sheraton hotels are built on Siversa Avenue, Hyatt in the Krupostnoy Lane, Merkur on Voroshilovsky Avenue, the hotel will again be put into operation at Beregovaya Street. The closest thing to completion today is the construction of the Sheraton *, so the governor went to Sivers avenue.

Hotel «Sheraton» »will belong to the category« 5 stars * »and have 307 rooms. In high-rise five *! There will also be a Class A office complex, a 500-seat conference center, a multi-level parking for 137 cars, a swimming pool, a SPA center, bars, restaurants, retail premises. The group of companies "Megapolis" invested in this project more than 2.8 billion rubles. The construction is planned to be completed in 2014. Currently, finishing works, glazing, the installation of internal engineering communications are being carried out here.

A good perspective for the development of the hotel complex is the left bank of the Don. The governor drew attention to the fact that on the Rowing Canal for many years there is an unfinished building of the hotel, which the people have already nicknamed the "tooth". The head of the region instructed to check the state in which it is located, and to develop a project for completing the construction. It is possible that another hotel will be built nearby, and they will undoubtedly be in demand after the end of hm2018.

Infrastructure

The next object of the governor's attention was the construction of a sewer collector № 62 on the left bank of the Don, reports Rostovskaya Football. It is carried out within the framework of the regional investment project "Clean Don". The customer is the administration of Rostov-on-Don, the total cost of work exceeds 1.1 billion rubles.

Of course, the sewerage station does not look as attractive as the beautiful building of the hotel, but without it no construction is possible, let alone the development of new territories. The 62nd sewer collector will serve the entire left bank of Rostov and even a part of the right bank development.

Construction has been under way since 2011. During this time, about four kilometers of the route have been laid, the buildings of sewerage and pumping stations No. 6 and No. 7 have been erected with emergency receiving chambers. The technical connection of both stations to the municipal sewerage system has already been completed, so the construction of this large, complex and much-needed facility is almost complete.
