Required documents for hiring

The beginning of work in the new organization is preceded by the collection of documents. Depending on what this organization does, you may need different documents when applying for a job. An important point in the process of employment is an interview. It is based on its results that a decision is made to accept the employee for work or to refuse. A big plus for the applicant in this case will be the availability of a diploma of education, letters received in the process of education or at the previous place of work. These documents can be presented at the request of the future employee. If he is accepted to work in this organization, he will be obliged to provide the employer with a package of necessary documents.

List of documents for employment:

- passport;

- insurance certificate issued by the pension insurance fund;

- a document on the receipt of education (diploma, as well as a certificate of completion of specialized courses, advanced training);

- The work book (it is not required if the employee is getting a part -time job );

Those who are recruited into the army and who have already served in the Russian army must also present the document to the future employer a military record (military ticket). Some organizations and institutions require new employees to have a certificate of absence of criminal record. In accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, decrees of the President of the Russian Federation and Federal Laws, certain additional documents may be required for employment when entering into a contract (for example, a certificate of income from a previous job, a description, a medical record, a certificate of registration). According to Article 65 of the LC RF, the employer can not demand from the new employee documents not provided for by this legislative act, the decrees of the President of the Russian Federation and the Federal Laws.

Separately, it should be said about the work book, which is an official document, which records all the work activities of its owner. At the time of his work in a certain organization, the work book is with the employer, and he must give it to the employee on the day of his dismissal. In the event that a specific person enters the official work for the first time, this book is issued directly by the employer.

Additional documents when applying for a job may be required in case of transfer of an employee to a place from another organization. By law, such a transfer is carried out after the employer receiving the employee sends a special letter to his previous place of work with a request for his dismissal for the purpose of transfer. This employee is recruited in case of a positive response to a letter from his former employer. Such correspondence is also an important official document, it is kept, as a rule, in the personal file of the employee.

Take care that the basic documents for employment are in good order, should be in advance. However, it must be borne in mind that the duration of some of them may be limited. This concerns first of all the medical book. A document on the passage of compulsory medical examination is usually required when applying for work in children's educational and preschool institutions, food institutions, food production and trade. When you work in a particular organization, you should specify which pages of the medical book are to be filled in, and how many times a year the medical personnel should be updated in it. Employees of public catering establishments must undergo a medical examination twice a year. Employees of children's institutions must undergo a similar examination or take certain types of tests at the request of their management.

Any person who has decided to change the place of his activity, it is necessary to know what documents during employment can be demanded from him by the new organization. The requirement of documents not provided for in labor law is a breach by the employer.
